Here are some common questions about our services.
We levy a one-time upfront charge of R500 to set up your database and import all relevant information. After that, we levy a R150.00 monthly debit order for continued usage of the CRM platform, and R250.00 for ERP platform. Additional users after your initial 2 will incur an extra cost (see below). You can cancel anytime. If you enjoy the product, you can gain access to extra modules; reach out for more information. Beyond that, there are no additional costs.
Initially you'll start out with 2 users who can access and make changes to the platform (Internal Users). Each additional Internal User after that will incur a cost of R150.00 per user per month for the CRM platform, and R250.00 per user per month for the ERP platform.
We'll have your Database up and running on the same day we recieve the deposit. As you send us the data you want imported, we'll load it into the Database.
Ultimtely it depends on how much you want to see. However, we reccomend for starters that you provide us a list of your contacts and employees.
As part of the setup we will construct and implement your databse to your specifications. For issues inhibiting the operation of your platform we will provide prompt and immediate assistance. For user issues and customization we will provide feedback and documentation.
